Eligible items may be returned within 21 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

Condition
Footwear must be tried on indoors and returned with the original box. Items showing wear, fragrance, damage, missing tags, or incomplete packaging may be refused or returned to the customer.
Final sale
Gift cards, intimate items, customized products, marked final-sale pieces, and limited promotional drops may not be eligible for return unless required by law.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Shipping, customs duties, taxes, and carrier fees may be non-refundable unless the return is caused by a HYEAMAN fulfillment error.
